Organized RN whose duties will include supervising nursing staff and their day-to-day duties on behalf of senior management, reporting any issues that may arise during shifts to managers, and liaising with patients and medical professionals to ensure quality patient care. Works as a mentor and assists with crisis intervention. Participates in the facilities performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
Ensures Parkside's policies and procedures are followed and expedites issues of concern to senior administrators. Performs administrative duties as necessary.
Overnight shift, PRNProvides overnight coverage when needed, either to cover absence or added shifts
Weekly shift schedulingREGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license without restrictionsCPR/First Aid Certification Aggression Management and Trauma Informed.
Exceptional ability to ensure high-quality patient care and expedite concerns
Advanced ability to supervise nursing staff and schedule shifts
Ability to collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
In-depth knowledge of best practices and experience in Mental Healthcare Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
