Advanced Practice Nurse/APRN
At Soul Aesthetics, we are not simply looking for a provider to fill a position. We are looking for someone who feels deeply aligned with our mission, culture, standards, and vision for growth.
This role is for a PA or NP who is passionate about aesthetics, obsessed with growth, and committed to becoming exceptional at their craft. Someone who understands that excellence is earned through repetition, humility, education, consistency, and hard work. Someone who actively pursues growth outside of the clinic whether through continued study, advanced training, self-development, or refining their skills because they genuinely want to become the best provider they can be.
This role is for someone who sees aesthetics as a true career path and passion, not a side hustle, backup plan, or temporary escape from another clinical setting. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to immerse themselves in this industry, master their craft, and grow alongside a company that is deeply committed to excellence, education, and patient outcomes.
Degrees and experience matter but character, energy, work ethic, integrity, emotional intelligence, and cultural fit matter more.
We want someone who:
- Is self‑motivated and takes ownership
- Has an intrapreneur mindset and thinks like a leader
- Brings ideas, positive energy, and solutions
- Is grateful for opportunity, mentorship, and training
- Wants to be part of something bigger than themselves
- Is willing to go above and beyond for patients and teammates
- Values kindness, professionalism, accountability, and integrity
- Communicates clearly and contributes to a healthy team culture
- Prioritizes self‑growth personally and professionally
- Wants to help build and elevate the Soul brand
- Understands that patient experience matters just as much as clinical skill
- Is coachable, adaptable, and hungry to improve
- Wants long‑term growth, leadership, and impact within a growing company
We are building a team of people who genuinely care about patients, about each other, and about becoming the best version of themselves.
If you are looking for a place where you can coast, this is not the environment for you.
If you are looking for a place where you can grow, be challenged, be developed, contribute meaningful value, and become part of an elite culture we would love to meet you.
