DescriptionThe Palliative Care Registered Nurse assesses and treats symptoms, coordinates care, performs education for patients and families and assists with transition of care during a severe/chronic illness or before end of life. Palliative care nurses work with other disciplines and family to ensure the best care and quality of life are met for the patient.

Pay Range$38-45 based upon experience.
