- Must have 2 years of ED/ER experience during the past 3 years

- Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS – AHA)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS – AHA)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Current driver’s license (DL)
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license
- Medical
- Dental
