About the RoleAs a Certified Nursing Assistant at Southern Hills Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in the daily care of our residents, providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your compassionate nature and attention to detail will help ensure our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of resident care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care
