Role Overview
Provides direct nursing care in various facilities, following established policies and protocols. Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and recording patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and executing physician and nursing orders. Assesses and manages patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality nursing care tailored to patient needs
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, with a compact license or relevant state license
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of one year RN experience in acute care
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Provide safe, effective patient care, implement care plans, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and discharge processes.
