Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesLead patient care, develop and monitor personalized care plans, coordinate communication among healthcare disciplines, observe and respond to patient condition changes, and manage discharge processes to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications and SkillsValid RN license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and an accredited nursing diploma or equivalent. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
Additional RequirementsAbility to obtain BLS certification upon hire; committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
