• Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of patients, including seniors, adults, and children, in a rehabilitation setting

• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, treatments, and progress

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting independence and self-care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established policies and procedures
