RN​/LPN night shift nurse Cottage

This role involves overseeing the overall care of residents and supervising direct care staff within the community.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid RN or LPN license, with experience in long-term healthcare preferred.

The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Key duties include implementing and evaluating individualized care plans, maintaining nursing standards, transcribing and executing physician’s orders promptly, and reporting condition changes or incidents.

Responsibilities also encompass administering medications and treatments, monitoring infection control protocols, and investigating accidents or incidents to ensure resident safety and quality care.
