Overview

Join our team as a night shift, PRN, Medical Surgical Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
• The Registered Nurse must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development over the life span, assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret information needed to identify each patient s age-specific needs.
• Plan for provision of patient care including development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

• Associate s degree in nursing (ADN)
• Current Oklahoma RN License
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
