• Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.
• Participate in the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and high‑quality patient care.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

• Completion of an approved nursing program.
• Current valid OK LPN License.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Minimum of 1+ years experience as an LPN in a hospital setting on a Rehab Unit.
