Travel Nurse Source is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med-Surg / Telemetry in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The assignment requires an active Oklahoma license and at least two years of Med-Surg Tele experience as an RN. Start date 8/24/2026 with a 4x10 hour shift pattern.
Pay is $2,265 per week. Candidate must provide a current resume, active nursing license, vaccinations, two recent clinical references, and pass background and drug screening as required by the facility.
