- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- The Clinical Coordinator RN coordinates clinical, operational, and quality activities that support patient care services and organizational objectives.
- The position serves as a liaison among patients, providers, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective care coordination, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
- This role provides clinical expertise, supports program development, and monitors outcomes to promote high-quality patient care.
- The Clinical Coordinator RN contributes to operational excellence through collaboration, education, and continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Knowledge of care coordination, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance principles
- Skill in clinical assessment, patient education, and documentation
- Ability to analyze data and monitor clinical performance measures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in program coordination, case management, quality improvement, or clinical operations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
- Skill in project management and performance improvement methodologies
