Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night 4x12-Hour Shift: 18:45 - 07:15
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse range of medical challenges. Qualified candidates will possess experience in emergency medicine and be comfortable working night shifts, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients presenting with various emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments as per protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions using the EPIC charting system.
- Handle critical situations including trauma cases, drug overdoses, and respiratory emergencies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; however, less may be considered.
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS at the time of submission.
- Experience in a travel nursing capacity is required.
