Position: RN - Clinical Supervisor (PM/AM)

RN Clinical Supervisor

A leading Tulsa-area healthcare organization is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight while ensuring exceptional patient care and supporting nursing staff during the night shift. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned RN with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is passionate about mentoring others while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the assigned shift.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments and adjust staffing levels based on patient needs.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel.
  • Monitor compliance with hospital policies and attendance standards.
  • Assist with patient placement, bed management, and patient flow throughout the facility.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and ancillary departments.
  • Respond to changing patient conditions with sound clinical judgment.
  • Monitor quality of care and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Identify educational opportunities and assist with staff development.
  • Support nursing policies, procedures, and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications Required
  • Current Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • One to two years of related leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Schedule
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Full-time
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
