Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. Candidates will deliver clinical support, documentation, and assist with patient monitoring in a fast-paced ER environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in EPIC.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses in hand at the time of submission.
• Float within the ER to other designated units as needed, adhering to facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid OK or Compact RN license, with licensors in hand at submission.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.
• Have at least 2 years of ER or equivalent experience; less experience will be considered.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC documentation and hospital protocols.
• Ability to work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend availability.
• Capable of working within a 75-mile local radius, complying with travel policies.
