Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking experienced registered nurses for ER night shifts, providing critical patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. Candidates must be adaptable, certified, and ready to work overnight hours on a 3x12 schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency medical interventions to stabilize patients in critical situations.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress accurately in EPIC.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure timely and effective patient care.
• Adhere to facility protocols, including certifications and compliance standards.
• Float to similar units as needed and complete onsite modules during orientation.
• Maintain necessary certifications and licensing throughout assignment.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active, valid RN license (OK or Compact license required).
• Possess at least 2 years of ER nursing experience, travel experience preferred.
• Maintain current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
• Be able to work night shifts (18:45 – 07:15) and every other weekend.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to float to similar units as needed.
