Registered Nurse – ICU

ICU RN Opportunity

Seeking experienced ICU RNs for night shifts, offering options of 36 or 48 hours per week. Candidates must demonstrate clinical expertise in critical care settings to provide top-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer critical care treatments and monitor patient vitals with precision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic charting.
• Assist with procedures such as line placements, intubations, and wound care.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies, utilizing ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Float to similar units within scope as needed, maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in state or compact license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICU settings.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic charting.
• Ability to work nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with flexibility to float.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
