• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

• Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision.

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and diversity.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing practice and healthcare trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of patient care.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on nursing leadership.

• Current licensure as an LPN or Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or Compact license.

• PTO, Medical, Dental and Vision.
