We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RN) to join a patient-focused hospital team in Tulsa. What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse I, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while following hospital standards and unit policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide nursing care based on each patient's age, condition, cultural needs, and psychosocial factors
  • Monitor patient condition and progress toward established goals
  • Accurately document assessments, treatments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment and ongoing care
  • Coordinate referrals and resources to support successful patient discharge
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Organize and prioritize patient-care responsibilities
  • Exercise appropriate independent clinical judgment
  • Participate in continuing education, in-services, and performance-improvement activities
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with patients, families, coworkers, and hospital leadership

What You'll Need

Education

  • Graduate of a state-approved professional nursing program
  • Nursing diploma or degree

Licensure

  • Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License OR
  • Valid Multi-State/Compact RN License

Experience

  • Up to 6 months of related nursing experience
  • New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply

Skills for Success

  • Strong patient-care and clinical assessment skills
  • Knowledge of general disease-state management and clinical pathways
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to review and interpret clinical and numerical information
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
