Join our team as a full-time, night shift Cardiac Telemetry Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a 656-bed hospital.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure effective treatment.
- Providing age-appropriate care by applying knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
- Developing and modifying individualized care plans aligned with hospital policies and procedures.
- Adhering to all rules and regulations set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Completion of a state-approved RN program.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and ability to cater to diverse patient needs. The role emphasizes a commitment to quality, safety, and adherence to professional standards in a supportive, inclusive environment.
