Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse, responsible for overseeing resident care and managing nursing staff to ensure high-quality healthcare services. Key duties include assessing residents' health, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring overall well-being. The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs, provides guidance, and ensures accurate documentation. They collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers, addressing concerns and coordinating treatments.

Additionally, the Charge Nurse ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, maintains a safe environment, and advocates for residents' comfort and quality of life.

Pay Details

LPN Range: $25 - 29 / hour

RN Range: $30 - 35 / hour

Applicable shift differential or bonus details are listed below

Shift Details

Day Shift: Monday
- Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm (base rate only)

Evening Shift: Monday
- Friday, 1:45pm - 10:15pm (base rate + $5 / hour shift differential)

Overnight Shift: Schedule varies, 9:45pm - 6:15am (base rate + $3 / hour shift differential)

Weekend Shift: Saturday
- Sunday, 5:45am - 10:15pm (
** Baylor bonus eligible, requirements apply **
)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a licensed practical or registered nurse in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and compassionate
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid nursing license in the State of Oklahoma
