*** Provide outstanding grooming services
* Support the Senior Groomer in completing daily grooming tasks
* Bathe and brush dogs prior to grooming
* Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
* Assist with the coordination of customer bookings in the grooming salon
* Ensure the appropriate handling and safe transfer of animals within the store
* Work with the team to achieve and exceed set sales goals
* Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
* A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
* Confident being around animals as you will be exposed to dogs with lots of different personalities
* Motivated to take that next step in your career and willing to work hard to become the best Groomer you can be
* A relevant qualification is preferred but not essential - as long as you bring a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn!
* Experience in a similar environment
* Our dog customers come in all shapes, sizes and weight, so you will need to be physically fit and have a good understanding of dog behaviours to ensure all interactions are safe for you and your customers
* Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
* Physically fit, with ability to lift products and animals up to 20kgs
* Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
