Role Description This full-time, on-site Safety Manager role is based in Tulsa, OK and is responsible for overseeing safety and health programs within Food+ operations. The Safety Manager monitors workplace conditions, conducts regular safety inspections, and ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role develops and delivers safety training, supports implementation of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives, and maintains documentation for audits and reporting.

The Safety Manager investigates accidents and near-misses, identifies root causes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also partners with leadership and frontline staff to promote a strong safety culture that protects team members, guests, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety, with the ability to apply best practices in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Experience in Safety Training, including developing and delivering training programs for diverse teams and reinforcing safe work practices.
• Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles and regulations, including risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and incident prevention.
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to reduce future incidents.
• Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA), and experience managing safety documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage team members at all levels.
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple safety initiatives in a fast-paced, operational setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST, OSHA certifications) are preferred.
