Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $32.14/hr

Quality Engineer (Japanese), What will you do in this role:

Conduct manual model quality evaluation with large datasets

Data creation and recasting

Data integrity check

Results analysis, consolidation, and reporting

What you need to be successful in this role:

Native/Bilingual Japanese and English (Read, Speak, Write)
Self-motivated
Quality focused
Must be data savvy and comfortable with MS Excel
Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations
Ability to learn quickly and prioritize assignments
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Reliable, committed, and detail-oriented

Must-have non-negotiable items:

Native/Bilingual Japanese and English (Read, Speak, Write)
Comfortable with MS Excel
Strong analytical skills

Flexible backgrounds/skills for on-the-job learning:

Statistical analysis skills
Data creation and recasting

Remote work details:

This position is fully remote.

Must be able to work 8 hrs between 8am to 6pm PST.

Potential for extension or FTE conversion:

Based on performance, headcount, and business needs.

Equipment requirements:

No specific laptop required; compatible with standard Windows or Mac.
