NIGHT SHIFT HOURS
4p-2:30a Monday-Thursday (Occasional Fridays)
What You’ll Do- Requires knowledge of industry specific codes and standards.
- CWI Certification Required.
- The inspector will interpret and evaluate inspection results for welding fit-up and filler metal placement with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications, and will set up and calibrate all testing equipment.
- Use visual inspection techniques (VT) as well as Ultrasonic testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) to perform non-destructive tests to identify errors or defects in product, oversee welder qualification tests and evaluate welder performance.
- Accurately complete and maintain all required records.
- Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Overtime is expected and required to meet production goals.
