• Implements processes, systems, and equipment that ensure the quality, reliability, and system safety of company or procured products and services.

• Provides quality system analysis to validate the integrity of quality decisions that affect products and services.

• Analyzes contractual, product definition, and specification requirements for compliance.

• Tests products, processes, equipment, and measurement systems to ensure quality standards.

• Ensures that resulting processes provide for configuration management.

• Participates in design and product reviews to ensure producibility, inspectability, reliability, safety, quality system integrity, and business process management objectives are met.

• Supports implementation of corrective actions necessary to reduce or eliminate nonconformance to design specifications.

• Interfaces with company employees, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.

• Uses statistical methodologies to ensure specified levels of safety, reliability, and process capability are achieved, maintained, or improved.

• Performs technical writing and reformatting of procedures for quality documentation.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• AS 9100 Quality System Requirement knowledge preferred.

• Strong MS Word skills for documentation and procedure reformatting.

• Experience in technical writing for quality procedures and documentation.

• Experience with quality system analysis to validate quality decisions.

• Experience testing products, processes, equipment, and measurement systems.

• Knowledge of configuration management processes.

• Experience participating in design and product reviews for quality objectives.

• Experience implementing corrective actions to reduce nonconformance.

• Experience using statistical methodologies for safety, reliability, and process capability.
