South Tulsa manufacturing company seeks a quality manager with approximately 5 years of Quality management experience working with API and ISO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure company adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, not limited to Quality, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Departments.
  • Analyze and evaluate systems, data, products, technology, quality control procedures, forms, and other applicable documents.
  • Track KPIs, trends, including quality objectives, and report progress during Management Review meetings. Lead the Management Review meeting.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
  • Perform quality inspections and audits for product and organization.
  • Conduct ongoing QMS training for all company employees and maintain records.
  • Supervise, lead, and train quality control personnel.
  • Responsible for the Calibration Program of measuring equipment.
  • Work with Engineering, Production, and vendors/suppliers to produce quality products adhering to drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Conduct evaluation of corrective actions, nonconforming material, and out-of-tolerance gauges in accordance with the QMS.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of quality administration.
  • Proficient in mathematical calculations and formulas as well as geometric tolerancing used in production drawings.
  • Knowledge of all required measuring equipment needed to perform inspections.
  • Familiar with all applicable standards (API, ASME, NACE, ANSI, ISO, etc.).
  • Computer file management literate.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
