Position: Quality Inspector - Up to $26/hr+!

Quality Inspector

Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM;
Saturdays, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
Pay: $23–$26+/hour, DOE

Blue Worx Staffing is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a precision manufacturing operation in Tulsa. This position is responsible for inspecting manufactured components throughout the production process and ensuring finished products meet engineering, dimensional, and quality requirements.

Please Note: The inspection team is currently working consistent overtime. Candidates must be available to work overtime as business and production needs require.

What You’ll Do as a Quality Inspector
  • Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Use standard measuring and inspection equipment to verify product quality
  • Determine whether manufactured components meet applicable requirements
  • Document inspection results and identify nonconforming products
  • Perform layout inspections as required
  • Work with production and engineering personnel to resolve quality issues
  • Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Help establish inspection methods for new products
  • Prioritize inspections to support production schedules and minimize delays
What We’re Looking for in a Quality Inspector
  • 2+ years of inspection and blueprint-reading experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong blueprint-reading and dimensional inspection skills
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience using standard measuring and inspection equipment
  • Experience with AS9100 or a similar quality management system preferred
  • Knowledge of calibration systems and gage R&R studies is a plus
  • CMM experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound quality decisions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work throughout a manufacturing environment
  • Availability to work consistent overtime when required

Pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level.
