Meddys is a full‑service restaurant with an ordering counter offering high‑quality, healthy Mediterranean cuisine served quickly at affordable prices. Since opening our first location on East Harry Street in Wichita in 2014, we have expanded to 5 Wichita locations, 4 Kansas City metro area branches, and new sites in Tulsa, OKC, Omaha, Salina, and Moore.

All dishes are made to order using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients. We tailor orders to dietary needs and offer complimentary sauces and signature cocktails.

• Handle food and beverage with care to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Follow in‑house standards that increase customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
• Deliver orders to guests and bus tables in a cyclical pattern.
• Provide drink refills and table service, ensuring uninterrupted guest meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar, and expo area.
• Deliver and explain the complimentary pita bread to every dine‑in guest.
• Ensure food meets taste, temperature, aesthetic, and portion standards.
• Fulfill complete orders for guests promptly by prioritization and double checking.
• Perform exemplary customer service at the ordering counter, identifying guest needs.
• Greet guests with “Welcome to Meddys” and bid farewell upon departure.
• Promote a culture of excellence, growth, and candor.
• Make exceptions for guests when appropriate.
• Hold yourself and coworkers accountable with integrity and empathy.
• Perform cash and credit sales responsibly, limiting errors and ensuring accuracy.
• Stay aware of surroundings and protect coworkers from unnecessary risk.
• Keep managers informed of any need‑to‑know information.
• Meet shift requirements and assist teammates when tasks exceed capacity.
• If bartending, serve in accordance with Alcoholic Beverage Control Guidelines.

• Consistently work at least 12 hours a week.
• Available to work weekends.
• Maintain reliable transportation and travel to every store location if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Access online scheduling software consistently and communicate with store managers.

• Knowledge of Food Safety Laws.
• 1 + year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Aloha POS system.
