Oversee and execute consistent preparation of innovative, high-quality cuisine with attention to presentation and flavor.;
Interview, hire, train, supervise, counsel, and motivate kitchen staff while controlling production and food costs.;
Review and approve recipe files; manage menu development, production, and ordering for special events; price items.;
Ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, waste disposal, and adherence to health standards.;
Review food orders from central commissary and manage purchasing specifications, storage, and waste controls to meet budgets.
