looking for a dedicated grill cook available late morning thru closing at 5pm monday - friday and 4pm saturday. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports the team's success in a fast-paced environment. We grill to order every sandwich/salad so maintaining speed, organization and accuracy, while following health department and in house safety guidelines and regulations. We also bake bread and cookies throughout the day and ongoing prep of fresh produce brought in daily.

• understand our guest-obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• prepare raw ingredients and follow strict recipes.
• use proper portioning techniques.
• maintain tickets efficiently and accurately
• clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
