Position Overview:
Dishwashers are the backbone of our kitchen operations. This critical role is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all kitchen wares and equipment, ensuring our team can deliver unforgettable dining experiences. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
• Organize and store clean items in their designated areas
• Monitor dish machine operation, including chemicals and water temperature
• Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment, including thorough breakdown at closing
• Keep dish area, sinks, and floors clean and free of debris
• Dispose of food waste, recyclables, and trash properly
• Identify and remove broken or damaged wares
• Support kitchen staff with other cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow all health and safety standards, and JTR Group policies

Qualifications:

• Valid Tulsa Food Handler’s Permit (or the ability to obtain one)
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds overhead
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and a respectful attitude
