Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management or 3rd key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment.
Works alongside the Store Manager to analyze financial statements, promote asset protection, and acquire new customers. Handles a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, firearms (in FFL locations), etc.
Offers hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses. Actual pay varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Create a friendly, customer-focused environment.
- Train and develop staff, including Pawnbrokers.
- Recruit top talent.
- Open/close store, manage cash and merchandise, protect assets.
- Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
- Analyze financials, drive profitability.
- Ensure operational standards are met.
- Monitor loan processes for integrity.
- Communicate store goals and standards.
- Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and multitasking skills.
- Cash handling experience.
Bilingual applicants encouraged.
