The Rundown

As a member of our Race Crew team, you are a key contributor to our race day success. Our Race Crew is a team of support staff that work various jobs and hold various responsibilities at our road and trail races, as well as events. You will be part of a dynamic group that makes our race events possible. We pride ourselves on putting people first and know that what we do each day does not happen anywhere else.

• Has Friday day time availability to load for Saturday races
• Proactive learner and sound decision maker
• Passionate, positive, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Accountable and adaptable
• Ability to work independently
• Does the right thing
• Ability to lift 50lbs independently
• Weekday availability for race setup, particularly Fridays
• Willing to go above and beyond when needed
• Has reliable vehicle for transportation
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Supports all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, races, and functions
• High energy and fun atmosphere
• Training and advancement opportunities within the local business and within the Fleet Feet brand
• Community involvement and community service activities

• Our race team position is minimal part time, working approximately 18-36 days per year. There is a need to work our race days with the occasional setup the day before. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a second job and supplemental income. We are specifically looking for someone that will have daytime availability on Friday's to help load the truck for race day.
