Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Store Support role at The Home Depot. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions require cooperative work with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, typically with little or some supervision.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity while supporting store objectives.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise.
• Answer customer questions on product order status and support cash management or program compliance as needed.
• Provide administrative services to support daily store operations.
• Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; perform tasks with little/some supervision; maintain attention to detail and strong time management.
• Support specific roles that may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
