You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring high‑quality products are taken care of and available for our members
• Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser‑quality food products
• Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area

Other duties include:

• Conduct safety sweeps and follow proper forklift spotting procedures
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to company steel standard guidelines
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, including setting up, cleaning, organizing displays, and completing required audits and paperwork
• Provide member service by identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting company products and services
• Follow food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, perform cold chain procedures, clean the area, monitor fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management

• Must be 18 years of age or older

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00 and may be increased with premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
