• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, correct unsafe situations, and report to management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer, cooler, and deli area in accordance with company policies; handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation, and secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to freezer, cooler area; comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold chain procedures, clean freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
