Premium pay may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.

This role involves greeting, helping, and thanking customers, preventing loss at store entrances, verifying purchases, assisting with returns, and maintaining safety and security.
