Manager in Training; Part-Time

Position: Manager in Training (Part-Time)
Hibbett Sports -  -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett.;
Assists in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.;
Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.;
Provides knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.;
Promotes and sells services and merchandise and delivers extraordinary customer service.
