What will you do as a Luxury Sales Professional?

Our Luxury Sales Professionals deliver an exceptional customer experience for each client who walks through our door – whether they are looking to make a purchase, need a repair, or are simply interested in browsing our amazing brands. They create an unforgettable shopping experience every day. Our sales professionals are go-getters, energetic, and approachable.

Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Diamond Cellar standards for every client.

Build and maintain a strong clientele by leveraging your interpersonal skills and sales expertise.

Stay informed on the latest trends and products in the luxury market.

Obtain all required GIA training.

Assist in the opening and closing of store following all security and company protocols.

Assist with merchandising and visual displays to ensure the store meets all Diamond Cellar and brand visual standards.

Other related duties as assigned.

What will you do as a Luxury Sales Professional?

Previous sales experience; luxury sales experience a plus Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Must be able to work on Saturdays Experience in clientele building in luxury retail, a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Self starter who thrives in a fast paced sales environment
