Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker)

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and by phone, and delivering a courteous, respectful environment.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Assist with product knowledge of pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, tools, firearms, and other commonly pawned items.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Knowledge of pawn items is a plus; sales background, bilingual language skills, and firearms knowledge also beneficial.

• Competitive hourly wages ($12.00–$14.00 per hour) with opportunities for raises and bonuses.
