Retail Associate

Starting pay $12.00/hr | Must be 18 yrs of age

Role & Responsibilities:
Our retail associates help guide guests through the store to find their perfect Margaritaville sense of style. Previous experience is not required - we will train you!

• Create and nurture a fun, positive work environment
• Interact professionally with guests and team members in our high-energy, lively restaurant atmosphere
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
• Demonstrate a desire to be a part of an enthusiastic team that believes in treating our team members and guests like family
• Have a Service mindset
• Follow store operating guidelines to ensure guest checkout experience is efficient and follow cash handling best practices
• Be flexible to work a variety of shifts
