Financial Analyst

Responsible for forecasting, researching, and budgeting for all Lucky Star properties. Tracks financial performance against budget and management plans. Assists in making recommendations for management and solving problems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability, with some weekends and holidays.
• Requests for days off require advance notification and approval.

• Analyzes data, creates forecasts, and provides comprehensive budget.
• Collaborates closely with all levels of management, including Executive Management, General Managers, and Directors, emphasizing accounting support, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial training.
• Provides departmental reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, or as requested.
• Performs minimal travel to company locations if required.
• Exhibits STAR treatment to all customers and co‑workers.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Sit and/or stand continuously during the full shift, including a lunch break.
• Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and pulling.
• Ability to move objects up to and exceeding 25 lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
• Works in an office environment with occasional casino floor exposure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) or 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work at both detailed analytical and summary levels with speed and accuracy.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug test.
• Must qualify and maintain a Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
