Support meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, inventory preparation, and adherence to policies and procedures;
Assist in ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns, and inventory preparation;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards, including proper stocking, rotation, signing, displays, and labeling;
Ensure all meat products are properly packaged, weighed, priced, labeled, and meet safety guidelines;
Operate and maintain equipment according to safety procedures and company guidelines
