Tractor Supply Project Team - Traveling Retail Merchandiser

Done Right Merchandising is hiring motivated, reliable, and experienced merchandisers to join our dedicated Tractor Supply Project Team. This traveling project role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced retail environments and enjoy consistent work, overnight schedules, and team‑based execution.

Project teams typically complete 2 stores per week, working Sunday night through Wednesday night from 8:00PM – 6:00AM. Occasionally a fifth day on Thursday may be required depending on project needs.

Scheduled blackout weeks: 7/05/26, 9/06/26, 11/08/26, 11/22/26.

• Earn up to $25/hr based on experience.

• Execute store remodels, resets, and fixture installations.
• Set planograms and merchandise according to project specifications.
• Work efficiently as part of a traveling project team.

• Follow all safety, operational, and client standards.

• Works well on a team.
• Moves quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Is comfortable traveling and working overnight.
• Takes pride in doing the job the right way.

• Experience with fixtures and planogram setting.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Reliable personal vehicle (required). Company does NOT provide rental vehicles; public transportation is not sufficient for this role.
• Ability to periodically lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid government‑issued identification.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Tools preferred.
