Develop and maximize the effectiveness of the Asset Protection Team through continuous training per Scheels' expectations and policies;
Elevate the customer experience by maintaining a highly visible appearance to create a welcoming and safe environment for customers and associates;
Complete routine audits that include commission, employee purchase, and time clock expectations, and prepare detailed and accurate reports promptly;
Conduct safety walks per a routine to identify, solve, follow up, and raise awareness for all Scheels staff;
Protect company assets, including associates, customers, merchandise, and the physical structure of the store
