Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs and promotions;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system and ensure excellent guest service;
Assist in setting guest service expectations and training store associates on policies and procedures;
Oversee store cleanliness, organization, inventory control, and loss prevention practices
