- β¨ Support the sale of sponsorship packages for U.S.
-based energy events - β¨ Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication
- β¨ Conduct research on potential clients and industry sectors to identify opportunities
- β¨ Join telephone calls, meetings, and presentations to develop consultative sales skills
- β¨ Track and report on sales pipelines to ensure progress toward targets
- β¨ Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align promotional strategies
- β¨ Attend in-person meetings and networking events to gain real-world experience
- π‘ Around 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
- π‘ Interest in the U.S. energy sector, finance, or investment markets
- π‘ Clear and confident communicator in telephone and in-person interactions
- π‘ Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- π‘ Comfortable engaging with senior professionals and learning new sales techniques
- π‘ Willing to travel locally and occasionally nationally
- π‘ Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- π± Hands-on experience in sponsorship sales for global energy events
- π± Mentorship and guidance from experienced colleagues
- π± Exposure to senior executives across energy and finance sectors
- π± Clear path to grow into a Sponsorship Sales Manager role
- π± $40,000-$50,000 base salary with commission/bonus potential
