Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and lead the charge in generating new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through technology.

Competitive base + commission (discussed during interview)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Conduct inperson meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
• Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in IT, technology, or service‑based industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow and execute a structured sales process
• Self‑starter with a hunter mentality and goal‑driven mindset
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
